And the story continues

I had to get out, moms' temper had already been tested that morning...
I looked in the fridge, begging that something was out. And yes, we were out of milk.

"I'm gonna get some more milk, mom!" I said happily, she smiled and nodded, looking down on her broken clothes.
Outside it was warm and wonderful, and so calm... It was probably too hot for any living creature.
The sun was high up in the sky, and not a cloud in sight.

I walked down the path to the Market, and I regretted ever getting out, it was so warm...
I decided to take a shortcut, over the meadow. I heard my moms’ voice loud and clear in my head, telling me about how dangerous the meadow was...
Oh, these dangerous Pokemons… I said to myself in a mocking tone.

The meadow was so quiet… The only thing that made a sound was my footstep, so calming.

Then I heard a roar. My heart stopped. I was dead in my tracks. Maybe mom was right? Maybe they will kill me?
Then it was another roar. A weaker roar, it sounded almost…sad?
My curiosity took over, and I ran.
I didn’t notice how the sun had disappeared and the sky turned black…

I saw figures down my path… One big and one small.
The big one was hitting the small one, who let out a cry.

Then to my chock, a lightning smashed down, and the big one stopped hitting the small one.
When I came closer I could see that the big one was a big ass Scyther, and the small one was a Raichu, that explained the lightning.

The Raichu was worn out, and the Scyther had already recovered from the attack.
The Raichu let out another cry, and I couldn’t just stand there!
I ran to the Raichus’ rescue pushing the Scyther out of the way. Or that was what I thought.
The Scyther was heavy and I couldn’t budge him a bit, he just looked at me with his mean eyes. A shiver ran through my veins. He raised his “blade” when suddenly stopped dead in his tracks, Raichu had forced himself to stun Scyther.
I saw my chance and grabbed Raichu and ran.

When we were far away from Scyther, I dropped to my knees, holding Raichu close to me. I looked down on him, and he looked up on me, his cute, brown eyes.
He had wounds all over his body… I made the decision to take him home with me.

And so the story begins...

The cold wind passed by the town.
Ten years had past since Ash and his friends completed their quest, and a new horror was hunting the world.
It was people suffering, and some people lived wealthy lives.
The newspaper was paid to keep from printing about the horror, to make everyone believe that everything was fine.
Children was not longer allowed to get out on a journey and catch Pokemons, they could become a problem…

The one who suffered the most was the Pokemons.

The cold, but strong wind throw the window open, and I woke up, shocked. It was sunny in Sinnoh, and all the Pokemon was already up, making noises in the garden.
I could hear my mother screaming and throwing stuff on the Pokemons, like any other morning.
Yawing I got out of bed. Almost tripping over all the things on the floor, cursing, why did I make such a mess last night!?
The yelling outside had stopped, which told her that the Pokemon had stopped taking our strawberries.
I brushed her hair with my fingers while walking up the stairs to take something to eat. My mom was panicking in the kitchen as usual, poor mom. Her hair was a mess, and her new clothes was broken, stupid Pokemon.
My mom never trusted any Pokemon, so we didn’t have anyone in the house, who could fight the strawberry- thieves, so mom did it herself. I was so proud of her, but still wanted to have a Pokemon to snuggle and play with.
But my moms’ truest issues with Pokemon came in the way for my journey, years ago.
The journey every 10 year olds should do, get out and find them selfs...
She didn’t trust that any Pokemon could take care of me, that they would eat me alive if they get the chance. So I stayed home with mom. Of course I argued for a while, hell, even ran away, but the months passed by, and I saw that I couldn’t change her mind, so I accepted it.

When I see my friends’ Pokemon and how close they are… I would get so jealous, and sad.

I knew that if I had got a Pokemon it wouldn’t eat me. It would love me.
