I had to get out, moms' temper had already been tested that morning...
I looked in the fridge, begging that something was out. And yes, we were out of milk.
"I'm gonna get some more milk, mom!" I said happily, she smiled and nodded, looking down on her broken clothes.

Outside it was warm and wonderful, and so calm... It was probably too hot for any living creature.
The sun was high up in the sky, and not a cloud in sight.
I walked down the path to the Market, and I regretted ever getting out, it was so warm...

I decided to take a shortcut, over the meadow. I heard my moms’ voice loud and clear in my head, telling me about how dangerous the meadow was...
Oh, these dangerous Pokemons… I said to myself in a mocking tone.
The meadow was so quiet… The only thing that made a sound was my footstep, so calming.
Then I heard a roar. My heart stopped. I was dead in my tracks. Maybe mom was right? Maybe they will kill me?
Then it was another roar. A weaker roar, it sounded almost…sad?
My curiosity took over, and I ran.
I didn’t notice how the sun had disappeared and the sky turned black…
I saw figures down my path… One big and one small.
The big one was hitting the small one, who let out a cry.

Then to my chock, a lightning smashed down, and the big one stopped hitting the small one.
When I came closer I could see that the big one was a big ass Scyther, and the small one was a Raichu, that explained the lightning.
The Raichu was worn out, and the Scyther had already recovered from the attack.
The Raichu let out another cry, and I couldn’t just stand there!

I ran to the Raichus’ rescue pushing the Scyther out of the way. Or that was what I thought.
The Scyther was heavy and I couldn’t budge him a bit, he just looked at me with his mean eyes. A shiver ran through my veins. He raised his “blade” when suddenly stopped dead in his tracks, Raichu had forced himself to stun Scyther.
I saw my chance and grabbed Raichu and ran.
When we were far away from Scyther, I dropped to my knees, holding Raichu close to me. I looked down on him, and he looked up on me, his cute, brown eyes.
He had wounds all over his body… I made the decision to take him home with me.
